Cadastral designation certificate

The procedure that ties the property to its cadastral record.

What it is

The document that matches your property with what the CNR cadastre holds for it. It is what a procedure asks for when it needs certainty that the land in the deed and the one on record are the same.

Timing and coverage

How long it takes depends on the size of the land, the access and the vegetation: an urban lot is not the same as a hillside farm. I tell you when you ask, along with the price, before you commit to anything. I work in El Salvador.

When you need it

  • A procedure at the CNR or the town hall asks for it
  • You are registering a segregation or a partition
  • The property does not appear on the cadastre as it should
  • A bank or a notary requires it before going further

What you get

  • The drawing in DWG and PDF, ready to print or to file
  • The calculation record with the bearing, distance and coordinate table
  • The area in square metres and in square varas
  • The drawing in the format the procedure requires
  • Support through the process until it comes out

What I need from you to start

  • The deed and, if you have it, the registry number
  • Which procedure is asking for it: that decides the format
  • Access to the land to verify on the ground

Shall we talk?

Tell me what you have and what you need. If I cannot solve it, I will say so.
