Your land, measured and documented
Measurement, calculation and the drawing ready to file, with GNSS equipment and a total station. To sell, inherit, register, build on or divide.

What I do
If you are not sure which of these is your case, write to me and we will work it out: most people arrive with a deed and a question.
Land measurement
Find out what it really measures, with area and perimeter verified.
Point staking
Mark on the ground where your land starts and ends according to the deed.
Topographic surveys
Planimetric and altimetric, with GNSS and total station.
Segregations
Splitting a portion off a larger property, ready to be deeded.
Remeasurements
When the deed and the ground do not say the same thing.
Partitions
Dividing a property among several owners, with their drawings.
Cadastral Designation Certificate (CDC)
The official CNR document with the technical data of the property.
Delimitation of undivided shares
Delimit your portion of a co-owned property and get it its own title, under the special law.
Technical descriptions
In legal language, with bearings and distances, ready for the deed.
Subdivisions
Division into lots, with exact areas and the overall plan.
Contour lines and volumes
Altimetry, profiles, sections and cut-and-fill calculation.
How I work
- You tell me what you need and where the land is
- We go out and measure it with GNSS or a total station
- It gets calculated and the drawing is made
- We get the drawing approved at the National Geographic and Cadastre Institute (CNR)
- You receive the drawing in DXF and PDF, with its technical description
Why me
The same surveyor who goes out to the field wrote the program the drawing is made with. There is no step in between where precision gets lost, and no week spent waiting for somebody else to send the drawing back.
“The same surveyor who does the fieldwork wrote the program the drawing is made with.”
