If you are not going to switch programs, this goes into yours. A palette with five tabs that do the repetitive work of a survey drawing: vertices, tables, the property description, lots and altimetry.
Spanish only, for now. This plugin's interface is currently available in Spanish only.

The Location tab carries the country territorial catalogue inside, so where the property sits is picked from lists instead of typed. Until now only El Salvador was there: now you pick the country, and Guatemala is complete. Which country the palette starts on is set in Settings.

The 22 departments and the 340 municipalities from the INE, with more than four thousand aldeas. Where El Salvador has the district, Guatemala has the aldea, and the paragraph is written with that word.
The "Ajustes" button on any tab opens this window, and it opens on the tab you pressed it from. What you set here is what the tab starts with next time, so whatever you always changed by hand you change once.
At the top, outside the tabs, you choose what the palette does when AutoCAD opens: docked on the right (the factory setting), docked on the left, floating, or not opening at all and waiting for you to type TopoMan.
They go with your Windows account and not with the drawing file, so they apply to every plan of yours, and a new version of the plugin does not take them away. Each tab also has its own "Restablecer de fábrica" (reset to factory), which only resets that one.
With AutoCAD 2013 and later, 32- or 64-bit, and from a single installer: it carries both builds of the add-in inside and AutoCAD picks the one it needs. There is no edition to choose when downloading any more.

The installer places the add-in where AutoCAD looks for its own, so AutoCAD loads it at start-up and the palette comes up on its own, docked on the right. No NETLOAD, and no reloading it every session, which is what version 2.0 asked for. And if you would rather it did not open by itself, or opened on the left or floating, that is a setting.
The installer removes it for you: it finds the old install, deletes its folder and its "Add or remove programs" entry, and leaves only the new one, so two copies never load at once. The one thing it cannot know about is whether you loaded it yourself from an acaddoc.lsp or from the APPLOAD Startup Suite: that line has to go by hand.
